The idea was birthed by one of our locally own business men, Mr. Travil Buchanan, who has an excellent track record in Construction Projects within the Federation. Prime Developers is a subsidiary of Prime Building Contractors Ltd., with Mr. Buchanan as its majority shareholder. Other investors with same investment ideology whose names cannot be mentioned here for obvious reasons are going to be part of the business venture.
The name Châteaux de La Vallée is French for ‘Castles of the Valley’. The name, created by his wife, derived from the designs and area of the proposed development, which is a place of historical meaning to the island of St. Kitts.
